To hire one of our vehicles, you need a valid driving licence and an ID card, or a passport together with a certificate of registration. Business customers should also bring proof of their business (e.g. a business registration). Please remember to bring all the required documents so that we can make the hire process as smooth as possible.

All Rentales replacement cars come with fully comprehensive and third-party liability insurance as standard. You will receive detailed information about the insurance conditions when you book and can take out additional insurance if you wish, to ensure optimal cover.

Yes. To make your hire as convenient as possible, Rentales offers flexible pick-up and return options that are also available outside regular business hours. We will be happy to tell you about all the conditions and options for hiring outside opening hours on our website, by phone or in person at a pick-up location.

Yes, we offer one-way hire. This means you can return the accident replacement car to one of our other locations. Let us know your plans when you book so that we can prepare a tailored one-way hire offer for you.
